We start with a short call to learn about your business, your goals, and your customers. From there we build a content plan for your first month, get everything set up, and start creating. Most clients are up and running within one to two weeks.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Fireside Growth works month to month. We believe the work should speak for itself. That said, consistent marketing takes time to build momentum and we recommend at least three months to start seeing meaningful results.

What platforms do you manage?

We primarily work with Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. TikTok and other platforms can be added depending on your plan and where your customers are most active. We will help you figure out the right mix during onboarding.

Do I need to be involved or provide content?

It depends on your plan. For Kindling, most content is created using graphics and existing assets. For Campfire and above, we schedule a monthly on-site session to capture photos and short-form video so the content feels real and specific to your business. You will approve everything before it goes out.

What if I don't have professional photos or a big content budget?

That is exactly who Fireside Growth is built for. We work with what you have and capture what you need during content sessions. You don't need a big production budget. Authentic content often performs better anyway.

How long before I start seeing results?

Yes. If your needs change, we can adjust your plan with 30 days notice. We want the level of support to fit where your business actually is.

How do I approve content before it goes live?

We share a monthly content calendar for your review before anything is scheduled. You can request changes or give the green light. Nothing goes out without your approval.
